Hallahan welcomes young women from St. Hubert, Archbishop Prendergast, West Philadelphia Catholic and Conwell-Egan Catholic High Schools.
- Important Dates:
- January 19th 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Parent Information Night and Registration
- January 29th 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Open House and Registration
- March 20th 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Financial Aid Night
- 2012-2013 School Year Registration:
- Complete the Hallahan Registration Form for 2012-2013 and mail to Hallahan with the $100 registration fee.
- Traveling to Hallahan by public transportation (SEPTA):
- All Roads Lead to Hallahan
- Shadowing:
- Complete the shadow request on-line form and you will be contacted withing 24 hours or call 215-563-8930 ext. 253
What is the timeline for the Admissions Process for Transfer students at John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School?
2011-2012 Open Enrollment
- Call admissions for an information/registration packet.
- Schedule an appointment to visit the school for a tour.
- Schedule a shadow day, and experience a day in the life of a Hallahan Student
Submit Application for Admissions
- Provide most current report card, and final grades from previous two years.
- Schedule a meeting with the Academic Vice Principal
Open House
- Sunday, January 29th from 12:00 noon to 3 pm.
The admissions process for students desiring entrance to grades 10-12 grade at John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School begins with the High contacting Hallahan. Any student wishing to transfer to Hallahan is required to provide all school records from their current school which need to include:
- Courses Taken with Grades
- Attendance Record
- Discipline Records
What scholarships and financial aid are available at John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School?
Financial Aid and Tuition Assistance can be applied for using the Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) and Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) forms available in February 2012 on Hallahan’s website. Any family applying for financial aide with Hallahan must also apply for BLOCS and TAP. (Please follow the deadlines on all financial aid documents)
When will I be notified of my acceptance to John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School?
Letters of acceptance are mailed once all information has been submitted and reviewed.
