Middle College Partnership

One Hundred Steps

A Unique Dual Degree Program

John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School

We’re proud to announce a new, first-of-its-kind partnership between John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School and Community College of Philadelphia called the One Hundred Steps, Middle College Partnership.  This partnership will allow academically qualified students to enter a select cohort which will provide them the opportunity to graduate in four years with their high school diploma in addition to an Associate’s degree.

Students accepted into the partnership will choose between two programs, Business or Allied Health. Students selected to enroll in either the Allied Health or Business will begin classes their freshman year with all traditional classes experienced by every Hallahan student.  The Middle College experience will commence with the First Year Experience course during the summer following the freshman year.

Door to door between both campuses are a mere one hundred steps. This presents a unique opportunity for both educational communities and enhance learning experiences for the girls of the Hallahan High.
